Maurice Marchesini is a partner at Olimpia Partners. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures, capital raising, recapitalizations, and other corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining Olimpia Partners, Maurice was a Senior Banker and Head of Investment Banking for Latin America at Deutsche Bank in New York. Before that, he was Co-Head of the Los Angeles office at UBS and Head of Western Region Financial Services Advisory at Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, he was Chairman of the Latin America Division and Head of Latin America Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch. Maurice holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Cleveland State University and an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
